I had mixed feelings during my stay at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach with stunning sunrises, and the pool area is fantastic with great service. However, the dining experiences were quite hit or miss, and the service during my time at the Monkey Bar was disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the beautiful views and comfortable amenities, but some aspects were lacking for the price.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Opal Grand Resort. We enjoyed the spacious room with spectacular oceanfront views and minimal disruption from ongoing construction. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our experience feel special. However, we did hear some concerns regarding room quality, particularly in the south tower, which impacted others' experiences. Overall, we're excited to return once all renovations are complete.

My only small gripe was that the room could have been a bit more modern, but that didn't overshadow the fantastic experience overall.
